Im back..

being a while since i blog. i still remember the last time i blog is when i finish my foundation. and now i have completed my 1st year of degree and waiting for my results while enjoying my summer break.

went through 1st year of degree with sweet and difficult times. studies were much much tougher and harder during my foundation year especially business finance. sweet times were those time that i spent with her in school.

an event motivated me to resume blogging although im pretty sure that everybody who knew the existence of this blog deserted it due to "AFK" for more than 1 year. therefore, this small space in the internet would be my private place. lol. oh yeah, back to that EVENT that motivated me.

for all these while, i always thought that Naz english wasnt good due to the fact that he cant speak good english. however, that event change my view on naz completely after accidentally bumping into his blog. his english is way way way better than mine in his writing. after that, i have been wondering what have i done to improve myself during the summer break. i did learned quite a number of things during this summer holiday. i became a fisher, i became a bodybuilder (wannabe), i became a half-pro painter after painted 2 houses.

all of them are outer value added, but what about inner thingy such as intelligence? thats why i decided to resume blogging to improve my essay writing and expressiveness.

btw, results are going to be released. this result determine whether my completion of degree would be in UK or Msia. of course i hope to complete my degree in UK. but this means that i have to leave everything i had in msia. sigh, whatever will be will be.

God, help me.

No doubt that this week is the most tedious week among other weeks of semester 3. however, is it as tedious as you all described it as?? U guyz have been exaggerating.. come on. Be true to yourself. Did you do the necessary work or arrangement for the assignments that you KNEW that stack up at the last week? Did you plan for it? Besides planning it, did you really DO it? If you did not do at least 1 of the stated above. You’re lame!! Then of course u feel all the heat during the end.. 3 assignments to pass up on the same week, but you guyz are playing around the first few weeks, so FEEL THE PAIN DUDE! Wahahaha.. Stop blaming college life like you didn’t know it will be like this.

Hahha.. or it is my problem? I am not feeling so freaking tensed up like them. Everything is under my plan, leaving some places for “delay-er”(teammates that didn’t do their part in time) my plan goes on smoothly.. therefore, I am actually quite relaxed when they are complaining about the feeling of hectic the last week. While they are freaking busy completing their assignments and staying up late till 4a.m, I am playing DoTA with my assignments ready to be submitted. Differences of me and others? Yea.. they are lotsa them.

Therefore, STOP with those copied sentence like “life is a roller-coaster, life is like peeling onion, sometimes its hurt” blab la bla and bla.. I don’t believe that you people have the wisdom to write something like that. Although the quotation is somewhat true. Unpredictable events of life, full of ambiguities, but what to afraid of if you are anticipating for it and prepared for it?? if you cant tolerate the stress you have in foundation, how the heck u gonna withstand the quadruple amount of stress you gonna face in UG? GROW UP GUYZ..

Therefore guyz.. CHILL OUT.. be alert and prepared.

sigh..... the feeling of relieve after the finals are over.. actually it ends at the 19th jan.. but now only

i gonna blog bout it.. hahaha.. i left my blog alone for quite sometime then... why?? whatelse heh?

of course i am lazy to blog bout it.. hahaaa.. but after my finals, i felt sosososoosososos damn bored

at home, so to kill time, i decided to blog.. hehe

actually... i dont like to be at home... weird rite?? i just dunno why.. i love my nottingham room

rather than my home.. its just like going back to a cage?? hhahaha.. but the good thing to be at

home is that i do not have to hear that indian fella kept on charging us insanely expensive for

food in nottingham.. "empat setengah macha.." in case u guyz doesnt know what "macha" means,
"macha" means brother or "saudara".. furthermore, home food are very very nice.. especially

food cooked by mom.. much more nutritious and doesnt have the pesticides and herbicides smell

unlike the nottingham cafeteria.. need to smell that vegetables for any unusual smell first before taking..

Management is the ART OF GETTING THINGS DONE THROUGH PEOPLE BY MARY PARKER FOLLETT. Is other words, is getting things done by organizing and arranging FOR OTHERS to perform WHATEVER task the get the JOB DONE!

Mescon et al said that management is the process of Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling!!

I PLAN, I LEAD, I ORGANISE by delegating the work AND I CONTROL THIS WHOLE PROCCESS! So don’t come and complain what the heck I am doing ok? You thought it is easy to plan and organize?

Why you think that a leader gotta do everything??!

Let me tell you, what a leader does is to MANAGE!! Get your mind right! A leader do not need to do everything by himself! Is GETTING THINGS DONE THROUGH PEOPLE!! Mary Parker Follett said it ok?! Got it?

Doesn’t mean that you do a little bit more of the f***ing work then you are the leader?! Got it?!

And when a deadline is set by the group, it means DEADLINE! Don’t give any Irresponsible EXCUSES by saying that “argh.. the deadline to pass up is not tomorrow what, don worry la.. we will finish it wan..”

and one more thing to another you.. stop being cocky and don't try to challenge me.. a tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye.
