Do you know what management is huh?!?!

Management is the ART OF GETTING THINGS DONE THROUGH PEOPLE BY MARY PARKER FOLLETT. Is other words, is getting things done by organizing and arranging FOR OTHERS to perform WHATEVER task the get the JOB DONE!

Mescon et al said that management is the process of Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling!!

I PLAN, I LEAD, I ORGANISE by delegating the work AND I CONTROL THIS WHOLE PROCCESS! So don’t come and complain what the heck I am doing ok? You thought it is easy to plan and organize?


Understood?!?! Did I make myself very clear!?

Why you think that a leader gotta do everything??!

Let me tell you, what a leader does is to MANAGE!! Get your mind right! A leader do not need to do everything by himself! Is GETTING THINGS DONE THROUGH PEOPLE!! Mary Parker Follett said it ok?! Got it?

Doesn’t mean that you do a little bit more of the f***ing work then you are the leader?! Got it?!

And when a deadline is set by the group, it means DEADLINE! Don’t give any Irresponsible EXCUSES by saying that “argh.. the deadline to pass up is not tomorrow what, don worry la.. we will finish it wan..”

and one more thing to another you.. stop being cocky and don't try to challenge me.. a tooth for a tooth, an eye for an eye.

muahahhahaa.. fyi, there is going to have an establishment of a "brainstorming team" in

nottingham eh.. know whats that?? as u guyz noe, there are three forces in uni.. that is the

students, bossy admin and students society.. and what brainstorming team is to think of

solutions to prob between these 3 forces and many conflicts may happen between humanS.


and u all might be wondering why am i talking bout these.. hmmm actually i went for an

interview regarding this post as a "brainSTOMER"! hahhahah... he asked me some questions...

(forgotten eh) and the last one is free talk, 1 min to think and 2 min to talk.. so little MANA

CUKUP?? at least la 10 min.. walau.. he asked me to talk bout my experiences in managing,

organizing and bla bla and about my soft skills.. well.. i guess i impressed him in this, coz after

my interview, he told me that i did very very well.. hahahahahah...

so if i succeeded, i will STORM you brain!! kekekeke.. waiting for his reply regarding this

matter.. he said will inform us by monday.. hmmm.. if really get then really proud of myself la..

coz chosen from 10 ppl and he wants 3 ppl onli le... muahahahhaa..

actually why i wanna apply for this? hmmm.. thought for this quite long.. and got up with some ideas..
1. to UPGRADE my self!! yeah!
2. to know how they work together..
3. to gain experience in team work and managing
4. to be popular and known among lecturers?? hahahah.. so can get good marks?? hehe.. of coz i meant good impression..
5. to MEASURE where am i among genius and excellents of this uni..
6. to get elected for the next education officer of nottingham msia.. muahahahahahha!!!!!

halloween falls on the 31st of oct rite?? our uni have this halloween pranks.. so this is what happened...

during 31st of oct.. around 2 am.. i was watching "you, me and dupree" and my room mate was

sleeping. and these fellas wearing ghost mask came inside and look for them who are sleeping..

then they spotted my friend who was sleeping like a dead log on his bed.. then that masked

fellas place his face about 5 cm from my friend's face and poke him to awake him.. hhahaahah..

my friend after that told me he got a big big HEART ATTK during that time.. he tot that was me

and curious why my face became like that!

hahahahahahahaahhaha

and he cant sleep after that.. hehehehe
